Funding for women serves to support academic qualifications by relieving the workload of (post)doctoral students and promoting them through research assistants.

The aim is to support teaching and research activities by providing funds for assistants. Particular consideration is given to female scientists who are active in committees and/or have family care responsibilities.

Postdoctoral researchers, habilitation candidates, and junior professors with fixed-term contracts on budgetary positions (except members of the Faculty of Medicine) are eligible to apply.

Funding is provided by financing support staff / research assistants to support the qualification project.
